If you are not satisfied, simply return the DVD course, undamaged, within ninety days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling or any coupons applied). We will ask why you're returning your TMBG? Of course we will! How else can we keep improving it? But we'll do so in a friendly, professional manner. We respect your right to return TMBG if you're not completely satisfied.

 

Digital Sales: The purchase of Teach Me Bass Guitar Lessons in digital format is not refundable, unless there is a technical issue that our digital distributor cannot resolve.

 

Book and other items: The printed version of the TMBG Companion Books and other TMBG items are not refundable.
