    How To Do Bellsouth Email Settings for Outlook?

    Here we discuss the Bellsouth Email Settings for Outlook which is very simple as compared to other configurations. This doesn't require any other manual adjustment for the server. The steps are given below, so follow the instructions for the setting.

    • At first, you have to open the page of Outlook client

    • Next, choose the “File” option

    • And go to “Add Account” option

    • Select the “Manual configure server settings or additional server types” after the selection click on the “Next” tab

    • Then, configure manually after this go to the next window and click on Yes.

    • After that put your Bellsouth.net email address and name also. Then, you need to select IMAP and POP and Click Next.

    • For the mail server of incoming, type ‘imap.mail.att.net’.

    • And for the outgoing mail server type ‘smtp.mail.att.net’.

    • Then enter your email id and password of the account.

    • You need to select “More Settings” and see “My outgoing server requires authentication” and “Use the same settings as my incoming mail server” boxes.

    • Now, check and make sure about the server port number.

    • Next, Enable the SSL under the “Use the following type of encrypted connection” part

    • And Finally, click on the “Finish” button
