Is your Epson printer not printing? It can happen due to various reasons for example if you are running out of black ink if there’s some issue in the printer’s settings etc. Given below we have mentioned the checks that can help you find the exact cause behind the Epson printer, not the printing issue, and then fix it asap.
First of all, make sure that your printer is placed on a flat and stable surface. Your printer will not work if it is tilted even slightly or not placed properly.
Check if your cartridges are running out of ink and refill them. If your ink cartridges are too old, you might need to replace them with new ones to get your Epson printer working again.
If you recently installed the new cartridges, make sure you have removed the yellow tape from them properly.
Now ensure that the paper you are using to print meets the product’s specifications and that you have selected the correct paper settings.
Attempt to print a nozzle check pattern to check if there’s some issue with the nozzles. If they are clogged or blocked, attempt to clean them carefully.
Preview the document you are attempting to print before printing it and check if there are any black pages in it. Remove the blank pages if there are any.
Check the paper size, orientation, and layout settings. Correct if anything is not set correctly.
