Over 100 Video Play-Along Tracks

Want to take the skills you acquire on each bass guitar lesson for a test drive? No problem!

All the music in Teach Me Bass Guitar is original, written by Roy himself to perfectly illustrate the principles, techniques, and riffs he’s teaching. You’ll find some of the tracks on his latest record
Urban Legend!

Teach Me Bass Guitar comes with over 100 play-along videos that let you sit in with a band of professional Nashville studio musicians. You set the speed – slow or fast – and play along with or without Roy. When practicing is this much fun, you learn faster!

Check out this sample play-along video, with bass, from Lesson 2.

Roy has written original music especially created to illustrate the principles he's teaching. Each song can be played at slow or normal speed to match your comfort level.

In the earlier stages of the course you have the option of having Roy stand in during the Play-Along videos so you can follow along, but once you're ready, tell Roy to take five so you can take his place as the bass player in the TMBG band.

Here’s the same lesson without bass. This is where you control the thunder!
